1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Temaruco Ltd (RC 6962683), a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which owns and operates DoovoX (the mobile application, related websites and services — the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. About DoovoX

DoovoX is an intelligent instant-matching marketplace that connects Hirers (people who post everyday tasks or services) with Workers / Service Providers (people who perform them). DoovoX uses unified accounts — one account can act as both a Hirer and a Worker — and uses artificial intelligence to help interpret task descriptions and match people quickly.

DoovoX is a neutral marketplace and technology provider. Temaruco Ltd is not an employer, agency, or party to any agreement between a Hirer and a Worker. Workers are independent and are not employees or agents of DoovoX. We do not supervise or control how tasks are performed and make no warranty about the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any task.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade suspension. We may require identity verification before you can post tasks, accept tasks, or withdraw funds.

4. How the Platform Works

A Hirer describes a task; our AI helps structure it and may ask clarifying questions. The Hirer chooses whether the job is One-Time or Ongoing, sets a budget, and for Ongoing jobs selects a pay frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly). Funds are secured in escrow before work begins. Workers are matched and may accept. On completion and confirmation, escrowed funds (less the platform commission) are released to the Worker.

5. One-Time vs. Ongoing Jobs

One-Time jobs are single tasks; the full agreed amount is escrowed up front.

Ongoing jobs are continuing arrangements paid Daily, Weekly or Monthly. DoovoX secures ONLY the first pay period in escrow. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic charge for future periods — each further period is arranged and funded separately, and DoovoX does not take commission on periods it has not secured. Completion of a period-based job is anchored to server-recorded time, so a Worker cannot mark a period complete before it has genuinely elapsed.

6. Worker / Service-Provider Terms

As a Worker you agree that you are an independent service provider responsible for your own taxes, licences, permits, insurance and tools; that you will only accept tasks you are competent and legally permitted to perform; that you will work professionally, honestly and safely; that you will communicate through the Platform; that you will not solicit or accept off-platform payments for tasks matched on DoovoX; and that you will only mark work complete when it has genuinely been done.

7. Hirer Responsibilities

As a Hirer you agree to describe tasks accurately and lawfully; to fund escrow in good faith; to provide a safe environment and reasonable cooperation where a task is performed at your location; to confirm completion promptly and fairly when a task is properly done; not to request illegal or dangerous work; and not to solicit or make off-platform payments to bypass escrow.

8. Payment, Escrow & Commission

All task payments are secured in escrow through our licensed payment partner before work begins. DoovoX charges a platform commission of 10% on completed tasks, deducted from the escrowed amount at release so the Worker receives the task amount less the commission. 9. Cancellations, Disputes & Early Termination

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Dispute Policy. Ongoing jobs ended mid-period use a frozen-escrow settlement: escrow is frozen (never auto-prorated), a settlement is proposed, the other party has 72 hours to accept or counter, and if no agreement is reached the matter is escalated to a DoovoX Administrator for a binding decision on the platform-held funds.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use DoovoX for anything illegal, or for fraud, scams, money laundering, adult/sexual services, weapons, drugs, violence, harassment, exploitation, theft, or to circumvent the escrow, commission, matching or verification systems. See the Community Guidelines for the full list. We may remove content and act on accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Temaruco Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and use it to operate and improve the Platform. The DoovoX name, logo and software are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or exploited without permission.

12. Advertising & Sponsored Content

DoovoX may display promotions, featured listings or sponsored content, which will be labelled where applicable. Featured placement is not an endorsement or guarantee. DoovoX may also send targeted communications based on location, service category or activity; you can manage marketing preferences.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, commit fraud or prohibited activity, abuse others, or create risk. Funds properly owed to you are released after any disputes or investigations; funds linked to fraud or prohibited activity may be withheld as permitted by law.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the commission you paid us in the previous six months or the amount held in escrow for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
