Community Guidelines

Our Community

These Community Guidelines set the standard of behaviour for everyone on DoovoX and supplement the Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension or permanent removal.

Lawful Use

Use DoovoX only for lawful tasks and services permitted under Nigerian law and any law that applies to you.

Prohibited Services & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activity of any kind, and fraud or scams. • Sexual services, solicitation, or adult/pornographic content. • Weapons, firearms, explosives, drugs or controlled substances. • Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech or abuse. • Money laundering, terrorism financing or payment manipulation. • Impersonation or misuse of another person's identity. • Dangerous or illegal activity, or work requiring a licence you do not hold. • Spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to hack or disrupt the Platform. • Inappropriate content or images. • Circumventing DoovoX's escrow, commission, matching, verification or safety systems.

Be Honest

Provide accurate information in your profile, tasks and messages. Do not post fake tasks or reviews, manipulate ratings, or mark work complete that was not genuinely done.

Be Respectful

Treat everyone with courtesy regardless of role or background. Harassment, bullying and discrimination are not tolerated.

Keep It On-Platform

Communicate and transact through DoovoX so interactions are protected and can be supported. Do not move payments off-platform to bypass escrow.

Reporting

Report violations in-app or to support@doovox.net. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and may act even if a violation is not reported.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, warn, restrict features, hold or reverse funds involved in a violation, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users and refer matters to authorities. We aim not to prohibit legitimate work that DoovoX is intended to support.
